- About the role
EVOLEO Technologies is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to reinforce the Mechanical Engineering team and directly contribute to the development of demanding engineering solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical capabilities, autonomy in decision-making, and experience in developing mechanical solutions from the concept phase through to validation.
- What you will do
- Technically oversee Mechanical Engineering activities and contribute to the consistency of developed solutions
- Develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems
- Define technical priorities and support the planning of mechanical engineering activities
- Review design solutions and support technical decisions
- Develop 3D modelling, technical drawings, and project documentation
- Support structural and thermal analysis activities
- Ensure the coordination of mechanical interfaces with the electronics, systems, and AIT teams
- Participate in project planning, technical reviews, and client meetings
- Support testing, validation, non-conformance resolution, and continuous improvement
- Provide technical support to less experienced engineers and promote engineering best practices
- What we are looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field
- Solid professional experience in mechanical design and product development
- Relevant experience in roles with high technical autonomy
- Solid experience with SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD tools
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, structural analysis, and technical drawing
- Ability to make technical decisions and manage priorities across multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of technical English
- Senior, autonomous, and delivery-oriented profile
- What we value
