SCORPYOS — Supervisor concept for space systems
A space-systems supervision technology developed by EVOLEO Technologies.
Introduction
SCORPYOS is an EVOLEO Technologies initiative aimed at improving the supervision of small space subsystems. Designed for low Earth orbit (LEO) missions, it combines hardware and software innovations to deliver a robust, configurable and easy-to-use solution for managing space systems.
Description
SCORPYOS is a supervisor concept for space systems that operates standalone or as a support unit. Its main goal is to significantly improve the availability and reliability of COTS systems, through a reference hardware design accompanied by intuitive software and firmware tools, allowing the system to be adapted to each use case with minimal complexity.

Firmware and tools
The firmware includes watchdog timers, data validation checks and real-time communication. The configuration tool allows the system to be set up and monitored across different operational scenarios. The connectors allow programming, reconfiguration and live monitoring during assembly, integration and test (AIT), with over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature protections and their signalling.
